At LORAVIA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at loravia.store@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. No physical return of the product is required — we handle everything on our end to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
